There’s enough Pokemon where 10 feels a bit abrupt by now, so doubling the countdown for 20. Only noting form variations where the variation scores higher for me than the original

20. Golisopod
19. Alolan Raichu
18. Alolan Ninetales
17. Misdreavus
16. Ampharos
15. Reshiram
14. Chandelure
13. Zorua
12. Cottonee
11. Absol
10. Banette
9. Mareep
8. Lycanroc
7. Whimsicott
6. Growlithe
5. Mega Banette
the day-dependent very wishy-washy rankings of 2-4. Chikorita, Rockruff, Vulpix
1. I haven’t played ScarVio yet and only know her through Horizons, but Floragato is a new fave who will probably move down into the day-dependent level over time

Out of this list, my current Y play includes an Absol (Azlier) and a Mareep (Stahn), and if anyone else here is available I haven’t found them yet. I’m mostly the type to pick faves based on having used them on a team in-game for a while (Whimsicott in particular took out like half of an Elite 4 singlehandedly for me once), and then there’s the current number 1.

You've got god taste, I adore so many of these Pokémon myself!

Looks like a good mix of Ghost, Dark, and Electric types are on your favorite teams.

Needing something that can learn all the required moves is an important part of managing your Pokémon. (At least some of those moves also have a little combat use.)
